I trust this message finds you in good health and high spirits. Today marks a significant chapter in our collective mission to empower the youth. As some of you might be aware, our organizational identity has transitioned from Youths Inspiration to Impact Axis, a decision born from extensive reflection, strategic foresight, and invaluable dialogues with our community, mentors, and supporters.
Under the banner of Youths Inspiration, we've catalyzed remarkable transformations among young individuals, nurturing their leadership and social change capabilities. Through the Goodwill Fellowship, we've not only sparked a zeal for leadership but also equipped them with essential skills for holistic development. Since 2021, we have worked directly with 46 fellows to foster individual growth and lay the groundwork for a more inclusive and empowered future. In our last convening, these fellows were able to share deeply moving stories about the impact of our work on their personal and professional lives.
Our aspiration to amplify our impact and refine our focus has led to the evolution to Impact Axis. This change is not merely cosmetic but signifies a deeper commitment to our mission and a strategic leap towards broader impact. Here are the pillars guiding this pivotal shift:
