Impact Axis is a Cameroon-based nonprofit youth workforce development organisation. We help young people build the practical skills, experience, networks and support they need to move from education into meaningful and dignified work.

Our programmes combine experiential learning, applied projects, mentorship, career guidance and professional networks. Young people build employability skills, practise them in real-world contexts and gain the connections and confidence needed to navigate opportunities more effectively.

We design youth workforce development programmes focused on employability skills, leadership, digital and AI readiness, career navigation, mentorship and applied learning. Our flagship Goodwill Fellowship brings these elements together in a structured learning and development experience for young people in Cameroon.

We partner with foundations, development organisations, employers and education institutions to strengthen pathways from learning to work. Partners can fund programmes, provide mentorship or workplace exposure, support applied projects, share opportunities or co-create initiatives that expand access to meaningful work for young people.

We look beyond attendance. We measure changes in employability capabilities, applied experience, professional connections and access to meaningful opportunities, while increasingly tracking participant progress after programme completion to understand how our work contributes to longer-term education, employment and career outcomes.
