When I joined the fellowship in 2022, I was one of only a handful of young women in my cohort working in tech. Today, that ratio looks very different — and it didn't happen by accident.
Deliberate mentorship, safe spaces to ask questions, and role models who looked like us made the difference. This International Women's Day, we're celebrating the fellows who are now mentoring the next generation themselves.
The work isn't finished, but every cohort brings us closer to a future where young women don't have to be the exception in the room.
