Youth Voices: Five Fellows on What Leadership Means to Them

Leadership rarely looks like the corner office. For most of the fellows we spoke to, it looked like organizing a neighborhood clean-up, mediating a dispute between classmates, or simply being the person who follows through when others don't.

What struck us most was how consistently the fellows described leadership as something practiced quietly, long before anyone gave them a title for it.
